You're invited to a soft, supportive space hosted by Flow Safe — a little cozy corner of the world where it's safe to lay your troubles down and not feel so alone.
We'll gather in a circle with open hearts, surrounded by the gentle glow of LED flow arts and each other's quiet company.
The evening flows like this:
- We begin with a slow, grounding warm-up flow together — no pressure, just moving, breathing, letting the body remember it can feel light again. Bring your LED poi, hoops, staffs, fans, whatever calls to you (or just come watch and soak it in).
